Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We ask that customers please allow 2 - 5 business days for production of their order. For UK customers, we ask that you allow a further 2 - 5 days for delivery, and for international customers, we ask that you allow 5 - 14 days for delivery. While we do aim to send all orders within 3 days, some orders may require a little extra time for production. If you need your order by a particular deadline, please let us know this by emailing butterfly-box@outlook.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

  • UK - Next Day Delivery and Tracking with Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £2.99

  • European Union - 5 - 14 Business Days Delivery with Royal Mail International Tracked - £14.99+

  • USA & Canada - 5 - 14 Business Days Delivery with Royal Mail International Tracked - £25.99+

 

You will receive an email once your order is dispatched containing a tracking number.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

We operate a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in. To start a return, please email us at butterfly-box@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to return your parcel. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that we are unable to replace any items if you have not contacted us within 30 days of the receipt of your order.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to exchange your item for another, you will need to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You will be refunded for the original item once we have received the return.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
